English-speaking Begleitung/Zeuge for Wohnungsübergabe

Hello,I am looking for a fluent German speaker (preferably a native speaker with some background in real estate, renting, or property management) to accompany me as a witness for my apartment handover (Wohnungsübergabe) in Berlin.* When: End of July* Where: Prenzlauer Berg* Duration: Approx. 1 to 1.5 hours* Compensation: €100 (Fixed price, cash or Paypal right after the appointment)Context:I am permanently relocating back to my country just a few days after the handover. Unfortunately, the incoming tenant (Nachmieter) has been extremely uncooperative and rude. I am highly concerned that the person will try to make unreasonable demands or falsely claim normal wear and tear (normale Abnutzung) as damages to withhold my deposit, knowing that I am leaving the country immediately and that I don’t speak good German.Your Role:* Accompany me to the apartment as my official third-party witness (Zeuge).* Review the handover protocol (Übergabeprotokoll) on-site.* Help me firmly reject any unfair or illegal clauses/damages that the other party tries to force upon me.* Communication: Since my German is limited, you must be able to communicate fluently in English with me, while handling the conversation in German with the other party.If you have experience handling difficult landlords/tenants or know German rental guidelines well, you are the perfect fit.If interested, please send me a short message about your background.Thank you!
